MemeMates is intended for users aged 18 and above. All users must be at least 18 years old, and we use multiple methods to verify user age to ensure compliance. Accounts belonging to underage individuals will be immediately terminated, and parents or guardians may request the removal of accounts created by minors.
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for child exploitation and endangerment. Any content involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited and will be reported immediately to law enforcement. Likewise, any attempts at grooming, exploitation, or endangerment of minors will result in permanent account termination and potential legal action.
The following types of content and behaviors are strictly prohibited on MemeMates. Harassment and bullying, including targeting individuals for abuse, will not be tolerated. Explicit content such as nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material is prohibited. Hate speech, including content that promotes violence or discrimination, is not allowed. Impersonation of others or creating fake accounts is forbidden. Spam, scams, unsolicited commercial content, or fraudulent activities are also prohibited. Additionally, any content that promotes or facilitates illegal activities is strictly banned.
We employ comprehensive moderation systems to ensure the safety and well-being of our community. Our in-app reporting tools make it easy for users to flag violations, which are then reviewed through a combination of automated systems and human moderation. Serious violations may result in immediate account suspension, while repeated or severe misconduct can lead to permanent bans from the platform.
